Additionally, the investment business is structured in a way that increasing the number of traders does not always lead to increased profits. A team of five traders can sometimes generate more profit than a team of 100. Therefore, hiring new traders only makes sense if they can perform at the same level as our existing professionals. Otherwise, we would simply be reallocating capital from strong traders to weaker ones, reducing overall profitability.

You may also be aware that some proprietary trading firms use paid challenges as a way to select traders and provide them with capital. In many cases, however, the challenge model has evolved beyond being a genuine selection process and has become a business model in its own right, where the company generates revenue from traders who repeatedly pay for challenges but fail to pass them. SILVER HOOF does not operate this type of business. Applying to join our company does not require any payment, and we do not charge candidates for challenges or trading evaluations.

Instead, our selection process is based on demonstrated trading ability and verified results. Candidates should be able to provide a substantial trading statement covering a meaningful number of transactions and demonstrating consistently strong results over an extended period. If a candidate's application progresses to the verification stage, the submitted trading history and performance must be fully verifiable and confirmed through appropriate supporting evidence. We are interested in actual trading records and proven performance, rather than results achieved solely in a short-term test or challenge.
